Claims for non reciept of an order by post needs to be within 30 days of dispatch, no claims will be made for items not recieved after 30 days.

Collection orders will be held for 30 days after this time your order will be cancelled please contact returns@snappyschoolwear.com for a refund.

Claims for faulty goods once worn/tags removed, garments will be retuned to our manufacturers, please note this process can take 6-8 weeks to be processed.
